Why the bulbs doesn’t work suddenly after a short period of using?

Incompatible ballast may cause the bulbs out. If your bulbs doesn’t work please check the applicable HID bulb models on the original car ballast to fingure out whether the ballast’s type is fitted, please keep contact with us and we will help you.

Why does my led light work but I keep receiving a warning message on the dashboard?

Your vehicle may need to add an extra CanBus (load resistors). Load resistors will get extremely hot while working, please mount them onto a metal area or hot-resistant area to prevent damage to the vehicle. DO NOT mount on plastic.
